Thursday at 11:36 p.m., a man reported that a piece of coal or a rock fell off a train or was thrown, and landed in the walk-way of the underpass. The caller said he rides his bike through there every day and would like the item removed, as it was too heavy for him to lift.

Friday at 10:42 a.m., report that a turtle was walking in the middle of the street at N. York Ave. and W. 17th.

Tuesday at 11:19 p.m., report that a man was threatening to hang himself in the back yard. The caller said he was drunk and had a ladder and a rope, on N. Florida Ave.
