Wednesday at 11:41 a.m., a woman reported that her neighbor took a picture of her license plate as she was leaving her home, on N. Delaware Ave.


Wednesday at 8:11 p.m., report that someone drove away without paying for fuel. They later returned, saying they just forgot.


Saturday at 10:59 p.m., a motorist said that a man, dressed in black, walked in front of his car and then stopped, on N. Ohio Ave.


Thursday at 11:25 p.m., report of kids sitting on a vehicle at the Classic Car Wash, playing a saxophone, very loud.


Thursday at 11:36 p.m., a man reported that a piece of coal or a rock fell off a train or was thrown, and landed in the walk-way of the underpass. The caller said he rides his bike through there every day and would like the item removed, as it was too heavy for him to lift.


Tuesday at 1:06 p.m., report of a hazard regarding boating in the York area.


Friday at 6:15 p.m., a woman reported that a dog jumped in her parked vehicle and wouldn’t get out, on N. Beaver Ave.


Saturday at 12:47 a.m., report that people were being rude, loud and a car just hit ran into a sign post, on N. Lincoln Ave.


Monday at 9:06 a.m., a man reported that he found a scooter in the back of his pickup.


Tuesday at 7:07 p.m., report that a man was driving naked in a blue 1989 Olds Cutlass down N. Lincoln Ave.


Wednesday at 2:55 p.m., report of a reckless driver who was spinning his tires and throwing rocks, at E. Seventh and N. Burlington Ave.
