Friday at 5:49 p.m., a resident reported that he could see people doing “strange things,” and that it looked like they were trying to break into a building. It ended up that they actually lived there, and had locked themselves out of their residence.

Beaver Ave., 400 N. York Ave., 300 W. Sixth St., 400 W. Seventh St., 600 N. York Ave., 1000 N. York Ave., and the 400 Block of N. Blackburn Ave.
Wednesday at 9:46 a.m., report that snow hadn’t been cleaned off sidewalks at the following locations: 100 Block of S. Delaware Ave.; the 200 Block of N. Grant Ave.; the 500 Block of N. Delaware Ave.; the 200 Block of N. Nebraska Ave.; the 400 Block of N. Nebraska Ave.; and the 100 Block of N. Delaware Ave.
Wednesday at 3:48 p.m., warnings were issued to residents for not cleaning off their sidewalks.

Wednesday at 5:23 p.m., report that snow hadn’t been removed at the following locations: the 1300 Block of N. Kiplinger Ave., the 1000 Block of N. Nebraska Ave., and the 1100 Block of N. Nebraska Ave.
Sunday at 11:17 a.m., report that a water sprinkler was out of control and hitting the street on W. Sixth. They said that people had to swerve to miss getting wet by the water which could cause an accident and that many of them had just washed their vehicles.
